terms of service

LAST UPDATE: 16 / 02 / 2026This contract applies to the artist, further called Seller, and person purchasing any product, further called Customer. By ordering any artwork from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Seller works with full payment after the first sketch or draft confirmation of your illustration. If customer prefers so, seller can also accept the payment before starting the process ( after request approval ).
2. On skeb / surprise me orders, customer will need to pay the invoice upfront.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before working on the product.
4. Customer accepts that work on the product will not commence until payment has been received by seller according to the above schedule.
5. Customer agrees that illustrations may be charged extra if the request is too complex ( will be discussed in DMs before starting ).DEADLINES & PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that the final artwork will be delivered digitally to an email address provided by customer, via VGen's final delivery or through Google Drive.
7. In case customer prefers to receive the final product via Google Drive, customer must take into account that the Drive folder including all the files will only be available for 2 months after finishing the commission.
8. Upon delivery of the product, it is the customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the customer lost theirs. Nevertheless, customer is free to DM seller to ask if the file can be resent, via email.
9. Commissioned artworks will take between 1 week and 3 months, depending on the commission type and seller's schedule. For seller's commission progress customer is free to ask or visit trello !
10. If seller needs extra time to complete the commission, customer will be informed in advance !REVISIONS
11. Customer has the right to freely ask for any revisions and changes till the lineart or clean sketch is done.
12. Customer can also request any colour revisions before rendering starts.
13. Bigger changes may be charged with a 10% fee ( excluding the ones explained above ).CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
14. The price for any of the commission types is set in USD.
15. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD / EUR.
16. It is the sole responsibility of customer to bear any currency conversion costs, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the seller.REFUND POLICY
17. Customer must be sure about commissioning seller before placing the request. There are no refunds available.
18. If seller can't complete the commission because a major reason, customer will be informed and refunded the whole amount.
19. Customer has right to request a full refund if the product has not been completed within six months. This exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
20. The artwork received by customer is for personal use only. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the seller.
21. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
22. In addition, customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
23. Seller has the right to use the commission as an examples in the future, always with a watermark. Also, seller has the right to post it on social media as part of portfolio, unless customer and seller discuss it other way.
24. Customer is not allowed to claim seller's work as theirs, nor to trace or edit the artwork.
25. Customer is free to post the piece in social media with the appropriate mention, credits and / or tag. Customer also can print the artwork for personal use.CANCELLATIONS
26. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund.
27. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.COMMUNICATION
28. Seller's timezone is GMT +1.
29. Communication will be made via VGen Chat, Instagram, Twitter ( inform in advance ) or Discord.
